I must have imagined all the books I’ve been reading on my Kindle then…
“book·lov·er [book-luhv-er]: a person who enjoys reading books”
Print books, ebooks, audiobooks, library books, old books, new books, secondhand books, flipback books, and so on. The format does not, and should not, matter. What prettybooks said. I’ve told people before, I read for the stories, not the paper they may or may not be printed on. I don’t have a preference for eBooks over print books or vice versa, whatever format is more convenient for me to read a good story.
Also, I have wrist injuries that make it very difficult to hold books for a long period of time, but I don’t have that problem reading on my iPad or Nook. I also don’t need to wear my glasses, that I ONLY have for reading. Not to mention I can carry far more books on my iPad than in my bag.
I do buy print books, but I also buy eBooks. More importantly, I borrow books regularly from the library. I have made it a point now to borrow books that I can from the library, and to only buy those that I cannot or can’t live without.
I’ve got a Kobo myself (that I’ve been neglecting lately because I’ve been stealing my boyfriend’s books) but books are books! Think of all the trees we’ll save. ♥
